	Will-Call Counter Empire's commitment to customer service has led to the development of a special Will-Call counter. It is designed to better serve Empire customers who are in a hurry and know what they want. Customers simply phone in their orders and we pull the products for them. When they arrive at the Will-Call counter, their orders are ready for pick-up. The customers do not have to track down the items themselves or wait in line behind other shoppers in our showroom, or the big box stores. The Will-Call counter has been a big hit with many local contractors who need tools on the job quickly to eliminate downtime and cost overruns.

	Industrial Showroom and Sales Counter Empire's management is also very proud of its industrial showroom and sales counter at its Norfolk location. It features 2,052 square feet of slat wall display panels and glass cabinets. The endless selection of MRO-related items displayed throughout the industrial showroom will keep you shopping for hours.

	Parker Hannifin Hydraulics Store Empire has a Parker Hannifin hydraulic shop inside both their Norfolk and Hampton locations. The first Parker store opened five years ago at Empire's Peninsula Division, in the Hampton Industrial Park. Due to the tremendous success of the first Parker store, Empire's management opened a Parker store at the main office and warehouse facility in Norfolk. The hydraulics specialists at this location include Al Martin, Manny Aguirre, and Jason Isley. Both stores allow our customers to browse the largest selection of hydraulic and pneumatic filters, fittings, hoses and related equipment in the Tidewater and greater Hampton Roads markets. Customers can watch through a special glass wall as their custom hose or tubing assembly is put together, then take their order with them to get their downed equipment up and running fast.

	The Hose Doctor - Mobile 24/7 Service Empire is proud to offer The Hose Doctor - an on-site service which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service allows Empire to offer on-site hydraulic hose assembly replacement, as well as tube & pipe assembly fabrication, and troubleshooting on hydraulic and air powered systems.
	New Contractor Jobsite Service Vehicle & Representative Empire Machinery & Supply Corporation is pleased to announce our new CONTRACTOR JOB SITE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, Mr. Mike Olmstead. Mike, a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College, has hands-on job experience having worked in the contracting and roofing business during his college summer school breaks. He will be calling on all contractors' job sites with Empire's all new Contractor Job-Site Service van. This truck will be stocked with products that our contractor customers tell us they need and use most on the job-site. Our contractor customers will be able to purchase air tools, anchors, abrasive disc & wheels, blades (all types), adhesives, chemicals, lubricants, cutting tools, hand tools, precision tools, paint & coatings, power tools & accessories, safety (eye, head, respiratory & hearing) products, tool and work holding clamps , equipment, and vises.
